Classes fulfill the state requirements for 20 hours of classroom training before employees can service accounts on their own. Classes are taught by Wade McGuire. Wade has been active in the pest control industry for more than 30 years. He has held his Certified Applicators license since 2008 and is an Associate Certified Entomologist.

State required courses in Federal and State Pest Industry Laws, Recognition of pests and pest damage, pesticide labels and label comprehension, pesticide safety, environmental protection, application equipment and techniques, pesticide formulations and actions, emergency procedures and pesticide cleanup, and procedures for the immediate reporting of spills and misapplications, basic principles of math, chemistry, toxicology, and entomology, non-chemical pest control techniques including biological, mechanical, and integrated pest management.
